How to Fix It

To retry processing the transaction, follow these exact steps:

  1. Acknowledge the error: Review the "Payment Failed (gift card)" notification on your screen.
  2. Navigate back: Exit the error screen and go back to the previous screen.
  3. Retry payment: Re-attempt the gift card payment to trigger the processing call again.
