Resolving Incorrect Manager PIN Errors

What This Means

This error occurs because the manager PIN entered was wrong. The mPOS system blocked access to a restricted action or manager override due to invalid passcode authentication.

How to Fix It

To authenticate successfully and complete the protected action, follow these exact steps:

  1. Re-enter PIN carefully: Try entering the manager PIN again, taking care to avoid typos or missed keypresses.
  2. Verify manager credentials: Ensure you are entering the correct authorization PIN assigned to an active manager profile.
  3. Request PIN reset: If you have forgotten the PIN or access remains blocked, contact your manager or system administrator to reset it.

Still Need Help?

If you have verified the manager PIN or attempted a reset, but the mPOS app continues to reject valid credentials, please contact your Support Team for account access assistance.
