Adyen payment method is not properly configured

What This Means

This error occurs because the Adyen serial number is missing from the system. Without this serial number, the platform cannot recognize or communicate with the payment terminal to process transactions 

How to Fix It

To resolve this error and configure the terminal, follow these exact steps:

  1. Notify leadership: Contact your manager regarding the missing payment terminal setup.
  2. Access terminal settings: Have the manager access the Settings area of the application.
  3. Set up the terminal: Enter the Adyen serial number and configure the terminal in Settings so the payment method functions properly.
