Unable to add tip (unclosed tickets)

What This Means

This error occurs because adding a tip to an unclosed ticket failed. The system cannot successfully apply the tip amount to the specified ticket while it remains in its current unclosed state 

How to Fix It

To resolve this issue and apply the tip, follow these exact steps:

  1. Open Orders Hub: Access the screen or section of your system that displays your open or unclosed tickets.
  2. Refresh the view: Select the option to refresh the unclosed tickets list to update the system data.
  3. Re-attempt the tip entry: Locate the specific ticket once more and try adding the tip again.
