 This error occurs because the transaction failed while saving the tip on the tip screen. 

How to Fix It

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Navigate back: Go back to the original ticket where the transaction was initiated.
  2. Retry the action: Attempt to save the tip and complete the transaction again.
