All Permissions Denied Error

What This Means

This error occurs when the POS application is blocked from launching or functioning because essential operating system permissions have been restricted or disabled on the terminal device. Based on system parameters, this issue typically happens after a clean application reinstall, a major OS update, or if permissions were accidentally declined when the software was initialized, preventing access to critical hardware modules like the camera, local storage, or network discovery tools.

How to Fix It

Please perform the following recovery steps within the terminal's hardware settings to grant the required access:

Step 1: Open Device App Settings

  • Exit the POS application and open the physical terminal's main device Settings.
  • Navigate to the Apps or Applications Manager menu option.

Step 2: Locate the POS Application

  • Scroll through the installed application directory list, select your POS software profile, and open it.

Step 3: Modify and Enable All Required Permissions

  • Tap on the Permissions sub-menu to view the access configuration lists.
  • Locate any restricted or disabled settings and toggle or switch them to Allow or Enable All to ensure the core application has unrestricted system access.

Still Need Help?
