What This Means

This is a general "hiccup" message. It means the application ran into a small snag it didn't expect—like a runner tripping on a sidewalk. It doesn't mean anything is broken permanently; the system just needs a moment to get back on its feet.

Common causes include:

  • Temporary server communication delays
  • Network instability
  • Expired login sessions
  • Browser or app cache issues
  • Brief background processing interruptions

Common symptoms include:

  • Actions failing unexpectedly
  • Pages not loading correctly
  • Buttons not responding
  • Random error pop-ups during normal usage

How to fix it:

 1. The "Instant Retry"

Immediately try the same action again.

Temporary interruptions often resolve on a second attempt.

2. The "Deep Breath" Wait

If the retry fails:

  1. Wait approximately 10 to 20 seconds
  2. Attempt the action again

This allows the system time to recover from temporary background delays.

3. Refresh the Screen

On Web Browser:
  1. Click the browser Reload/Refresh button
    • Usually shown as a circular arrow icon
On App/POS:
  1. Return to the main menu
  2. Reopen the affected screen or page

4. Restart the Application

  1. Completely close the browser, app, POS, or mPOS application
  2. Reopen the application
  3. Retry the action

Restarting the application often resolves temporary cache or session issues.

5. Check Your Login Session

Sometimes the error occurs because the login session has expired.

  1. Log out of the application
  2. Log back in using your credentials
  3. Retry the action

6. Switch Network Connection

If the issue continues:

  • Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data
  • Or switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi

A temporary internet connectivity issue may be causing the interruption.
