What This Means

This message appears when the POS, mPOS, Kiosk, or Dashboard is unable to communicate with the server due to an unstable or disconnected internet connection.

Common symptoms include:

  • Actions failing to load or complete
  • Orders not syncing
  • Payments failing to process
  • Dashboard pages not loading
  • Error messages related to connectivity or timeouts

This issue is usually caused by:

  • Weak or disconnected Wi-Fi
  • Ethernet cable connectivity issues
  • Internet outages
  • Network instability

How to fix it:

 1. Check Wi-Fi Connection

  1. Verify the device is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
  2. Ensure the Wi-Fi signal is stable and active.
  3. If needed:
    • Disconnect and reconnect to Wi-Fi
    • Restart the router/modem

2. Check Ethernet Connection

If using a wired connection:

  1. Ensure the ethernet cable is securely connected.
  2. Verify the cable is not damaged or loose.
  3. Test the connection by opening a webpage or retrying the action.

3. Retry the Action

Once the connection has been confirmed:

  1. Return to the POS, Kiosk, or Dashboard.
  2. Retry the failed action.
