Server Error. Please try again later.

What this means? Something went wrong on the server.

How to fix it

  1. The 60-Second Rule: Most server errors are very brief. Simply wait one full minute and try clicking the button or refreshing the page again.

  2. Close and Reopen: Fully close the app or the browser tab you are using. This is like "hanging up and calling back"—it clears out any minor confusion in the connection.

  3. Log Out and Log Back In: If the app allows it, sign out of your account and sign back in. This forces the server to recognize you as a "fresh" visitor.

  4. Try a Different "Path": If you are using a phone app, try using the website on a computer (or vice versa). Sometimes one doorway is stuck while the other is wide open.

  5. Check Your Wi-Fi: Even though it’s a "Server Error," a weak or flickering internet signal can sometimes confuse the app. Ensure you have a solid connection or try toggling your Wi-Fi off and back on.

  6. Ask a Colleague: Check if someone else near you is seeing the same message. If they are, the service is likely down for everyone, and you just need to wait for the providers to fix it, you may follow up with them to request resolution/status update.
